Mangaluru: ICYM Madanthyar Unit celebrated Diwali on Sunday, November 11 at 6.30 PM at the Sacred Heart Ursuline Sisters Convent.

The programme was led by the Ursuline sisters with a short prayer service along with a prayer dance.

All the youth present lit the candles to celebrate the festival of lights. Soon after the prayer service, games were conducted by Rev. Fr Alwyn Dsouza – Assistant Parish Priest and Tyson D’Cunha – ICYM member.

Rev. Fr Basil Vas – Parish priest delivered a message and wishes on a soundless Diwali.

The programme was concluded with refreshments arranged by the Ursuline sisters. A total of 30 youth were present for the programme.
