Mangaluru: The ICYM members of the Bantwal unit participated in the Independence day celebrations held at Modankap school after the eucharistic celebration at the church. Later 12 ICYM members Avinash, Annet, James, Sandeep, Dale, Merwin, Anisha, Steevan, Denzil, Royston, Riyanna and Vinitha took part in cleaning the church surroundings. This was followed by a small outing by the members along with the assistant parish priest to a nearby waterfalls. The day ended by visiting a parishioner who is unwell. Thus the members spent the day fruitfully.
