Mangaluru: The Yenepoya deemed to be university along with Yenepoya Nursing College Foundation had conducted a one-day conference on the role of nursing in the prevention of hospital-acquired infections on June 25.

Yenepoya University Vice-Chancellor Dr. G Shrikumar Menon presided over the programme.

Principal of Yenepoya Nursing College Dr. Leena K C informed about the importance of the day.

Community Health Department Assistant Professor Anand welcomed.
