Mangaluru: To throw some light on the newly introduced B.E course in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC), Mangaluru, has come up with a webinar on Saturday, 4 July 2020, from 10:00, AM to 11:00 AM. The webinar titled “Introduction to B.E: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” will be delivered by Dr. Pramod Kumar Naik, Senior Manager at Agimus Technologies Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the branch of Computer Science that emphasizes the development of intelligent machines that think and work like humans. With the advancement in technology, everyone is already connected to AI in one way or the other, be it through Siri, Watson, or Alexa. More and more industries are investing resources in Machine Learning (ML), indicating a robust growth in AI products and apps. AI is just not limited to the IT industry but is extensively used in areas such as Agriculture, Health Care, Speech Recognition, Business, Education, Law, and Manufacturing.
