Mangaluru: St Agnes College (Autonomous) Post Graduate Department of Chemistry has organises a one day National Seminar “Breaking Bonds, Building Careers: The Chemistry of Endless Possibilities!” on 8 April 2024 for students of both Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes.
The Seminar is scheduled from 9:30 am to 4 pm. The first session is by Dr Gurumurthy Hegde, Director – Centre for Advanced Research and Development, Professor – Departmnt of Chemistry Christ(Deemed to be University), Bangalore on the topic “Quality Research for Sustainable Economy”.
The second session is taken up by Dr A Chitharanjan Hegde, Professor – Department of Chemistry, NITK, Surathkal on the topic “Electroplating: A Definite tool for indefinite possibility possibility in materials development”.
The third session is taken up by Dr Gurumurthy Hegde on the topic “Exploring research avenues: Unlocking Career Opportunities”.
All in all, this day is going to be a wealth of information for the chemistry students.
