Mangaluru: National Cadet Corps, St Agnes College (Autonomous), organized a Motivational Lecture on “Float like a Butterfly, Sting like a bee” on 5 May 2023. The resource speaker was Gremsy Sequeira, Alumna, St Agnes College Mangalore. Manager-Training & Communication (Organizational Resilience), Games Kraft, Trainer-EXPA CADET Program.  Gremsy Sequeira herself was a source of motivation for the cadets. By giving examples from her own life she inspired cadets to share the importance of positive thinking and the right attitude which brings optimism into life. She emphasized the point that constructive changes can make life successful. Cadets gave cultural performances like group songs, classical dance and folk dance. Prize distribution for the various events conducted for the training year was held during this occasion. Total 54 cadets and ANOs, Lt Gayathri BK, Army Wing and Flying Officer Dr Hithakshi, Air Wing were present during the programme.
