Mangaluru: SDM P G Centre for Management Studies and Research in association with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Mangalore chapter organized a Knowledge Series programme for the benefit of the students of ICSI and SDM MBA on 21-22 July, 2023 at SDM conference hall. The two-day programme had four sessions.

The speakers for 21 July were from SDM PG Centre, Mangalore. Shaini Naveen, Assistant Professor spoke about Corporate Restructuring and Deepa Nayak, Assistant Professor gave a lecture on Intellectual Property Rights- law and practice.

On 22 July, the resource persons were CS. Prabhath M Joshi, Company Secretary, MESCOM Limited, Mangaluru.He spoke on Corporate Governance. The second session was by CS Chandan Tikoti, Assistant Manager, Compliance, Manipal Technology Limited who spoke on Strategic Management. Dr Seema S Shenoy, Director, SDM PG Centre, Mangaluru presided.

CS Sonali Mallya, Chairperson, ICSI Mangalore Chapter and Shaini Naveen, Assistant Professor, SDM PG Centre, Mangaluru were the coordinators of the programme.
