Mangaluru: The Department of Hindi, St Aloysius College (Autonomous), in collaboration with Mangalore Refinery and Petroleum Limited (MRPL), organized an Intercollegiate Essay Writing Competition on the topic ‘Aazadi Ke 75 Saal: Upalabdhiyaan evam Chunautiyaan’ on the 31 Oct 2023, in Eric Mathias Hall, Maffei Block.
The event was held to encourage students to reflect upon the achievements and challenges the country has faced in these 75 years.
A total of 171 students from 42 degree colleges participated in this competition and made it a successful and well-attended event. The enthusiasm and engagement of the participants were truly commendable.
