St Aloysius ITI celebrates India’s 75th Republic Day

Mangaluru: On 26 Jan 2024 India’s 75th Republic Day was celebrated at 9 a.m. in the St Aloysius ITI premises. Sunil K S – Senior Operations Manager, Fiza by Nexus Mall, was the Chief Guest. Rev Fr John Dsouza S J – Director presided, Roshan Dsouza – Principal, Alwyn Menezes – Vice Principal, Noel Lobo – Training Officer and John Dsouza Convener of the programme were present. Staff members and students attended the flag hoisting programme. 

The flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest and everyone sang the national anthem. Mahesha, a student of AC Technician Batch 1 welcomed the chief guest and the gathering. 

The preamble of the Indian Constitution was led by Abhay, a student of AC Technician Batch 1. The students of AC Technician Batch 1 students sang a patriotic song. 

The Chief Guest addressed the gathering with a short message saying “I am very happy to be the chief guest of today’s programme. Students attend training at Fiza by Nexus Mall and I am very happy that St Aloysius ITI is a part of our team. Students who come to the training ask questions with curiosity, this makes us learn more.”
