Mangaluru: Dr Purushothama Chippar, Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at St Joseph Engineering College – Vamanjoor, Mangaluru has secured a Research Grant of Rs 20 lakhs from Vision Group on Science and Technology – Karnataka, under the Karnataka Fund for Improvement of Science and Technology Infrastructure in Higher Educational Institutions (K-FIST) (Level-I) Program.

The fund has been sanctioned for Dr Chippar’s research project titled: Experimental and Numerical Analysis for the Development of Metal Hydride based Hydrogen Storage System.
