Mangaluru: The Department of Library science in association with IQAC celebrated National Librarian’s Day on March 20,2024 in the Milagres College library.

Shravya N, Asst. Prof., Department of Hindi was the chief guest for the day. She encouraged students to read more books. She said “Books will become our best friends, if we spend time with them”.

Chethana K, IQAC Coordinator, Pramila D’Souza, Librarian and Leesha, student representative were present on the dais. Royston of I BBA welcomed the gathering and compeered.

Merwyn Pinto, proposed the vote of thanks. After the inauguration of the program, students moved around and had a look at the books exhibited there.
