Mangaluru: Vikaas College of physiotherapy celebrated Children’s Day and International Day for Persons with Disabilities on December 3.

Dr Rakesh Krishna, Associate Professor, Vikaas College of Physiotherapy conducted a lecture for all the physiotherapy students. Following this, there was the cutting of a cake, gift distribution and games conducted for children with disabilities. Around 15 physically-challenged children, along with their parents, attended the event. Lunch and refreshments were served to all the parents, children and students. The programme concluded by 2 PM.

Dr Ajay Thakur, Principal, Vikaas College of Physiotherapy welcomed the gathering. Dr Priya was the host for the entire event. Dr Rakesh Krishna delivered a vote of thanks.

Koragappa, Trustee, Vikaas group of institutions, Partha Sarathi J Palemar, Coordinator, Vikaas Group of Institutions, Dr Manjula Rao, Dean Vikaas Group of Institutions, Raja Ram Rao, Academic Director, Vikaas Group of Institutions, were also present.
