Mangaluru: A.J. Group of Institute’s President, Dr. A.J. Shetty, under his guidance, provided the necessary relief materials drugs, rice, cloths etc. and basic medical items sent through two trucks and two motor cars to the recently flood affected victims in Kerala and Kodagu.

All these items along with the medical teams flagged off by Dr. A.J. Shetty and Dr. B.R. Ravikanthe Gowda, Superintendent of Police, D.K. District on Tuesday, August 21, from the A.J. Medical College and Hospital Campus. Vice President Shri Prashanth Shetty, P.R.O. Shri Abhilash P, Administrative Officer Shri Dayanand Shetty, Coordinator Dr. Pradeep Senapathi along with the medical teams were present.

Presently, two medical teams at Alappuzha and Kodagu are providing the primary medical and paramedical support and assistance.

In this regard, Dr. A.J. Shetty had already informed vide letters to the Hon’ble Chief Ministers of Karnataka and Kerala assuring them to provide the medical and paramedical support and assistance wherever required.

Dr. A. J. Shetty prayed God to recover and come out from this situation and bring back normal life at the earliest in Kerala and Kodagu.
