Mangaluru: AJ Hospital will be organising awareness programme on ‘Women’s Health’, on account of International Women’s Day 2016, on March 8 at AJ Hospital conference hall.

The programme has been orgainsed in association with Lions Clubs International, District 317 D and Lions Club Mangalore Kankanady-Padil.

Presentation by students and a talk by eminent doctors on Women’s Health will be part of the programme.

People who participate in the awareness talk will be offered Master Health Checkup(women) at Rs 2500 against the listed price of Rs 6000 to cover the following investigations.

Registration, Clinical Examination, ECG, Echo or TMT(Tread Mill Test), Kidney function tests: blood urea, Serum creatinine, Cardiac Status test: Lipid profile, complete Heamogram, ophthalmology consultation(eye test), Bone Mineral Density(Dexa) scan, evaluation of the results by physician, Chest X-ray, Thyroid function test, disbetic tests, urine analysis, ultrasound abdomen, gynaecologist consultation, PAP smear, mammography and report.
