Rahat Fateh Ali Khan deported from Hyderabad Airport

New Delhi: Noted Pakistani singer Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan had an embarrassing moment as he was deported from the Hyderabad airport.


As per reports, Khan landed on Thursday morning, at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in Hyderabad where he was stopped by the authorities and asked to go back to Abu Dhabi, following immigration rules that no Pakistani national can enter India via Hyderbad. The legal ports of entry by air are Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

He then took a flight to Delhi from Abu Dhabu and then flew into Hyderabad.

The singer was scheduled to perform at the Taj Falaknuma Palace on New Year’s eve. The singer performed at 11 in the night, which was earlier scheduled for 8 pm, reportedly.
