New Delhi: It’s celebrity central in Udaipur right now, where London billionaire Sanjay Hinduja married designer Anu Mahtani last night. The Rajasthan beauty spot is full to brimming with stars, including international popstar Jennifer Lopez who performed at the festivities, wearing one of the slinky bodysuits she’s famous for.

She was spotted arriving at the Udaipur airport yesterday, former boyfriend Casper Smart with whom she seems to have reunited in tow.
Other faces spotted at the airport have included actors Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor, actor-director Sohail Khan and his wife Seema, composer Vishal Dadlani and politician Praful Patel.

The three-day long celebrations began on February 10 and also included a performance by former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger and Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
Nicole said on Instagram that she was ‘blessed’ to perform in India.
Destination Udaipur
The big fat Sindhi wedding was high on glamour, with an array of socialites posing and preening. Among those present were Malaika Arora Khan, Preity Zinta, Manish Malhotra, Deanne Pandey, Haseena Jethmalani, Surily Goel and Farah Oomerbhoy.
The highlight of the show though was the sangeet hosted on February 10 at Taj Lake Palace, with Nicole Scherzinger of Pussycat Dolls fame performing alongside Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
The Bollywood stars shook a leg with Scherzinger to the tune of ‘Entriyaan’ from Gunday. Musicians Vishal- Shekhar also performed at the sangeet. Sophie Choudry, a friend of the couple, told ETPanache that she too took to the stage, belting out tracks like ‘Disco Deewane’ and ‘Chammak Challo’.
Pre-wedding
The celebrations were underway at the Hinduja household since last week. There were two prewedding receptions, possibly to accommodate the five-digit guestlist. The family is known for being generous with invitations, but with 16,000 guests, they outdid themselves.
The 1996 joint wedding of the three Hinduja sons, Ajay, Ramkrishnan and Dheeraj, was attended by almost 10,000 people. That of Ashok Hinduja’s (or AP’s) daughter Ambika had around 6,000 guests. Maybe the buoyancy in the economy and the general optimistic all around must be thanked.
The pre-wedding reception was held last Friday at the Hinduja bungalow in Juhu. Several state politicians attended, including Devendra Fadnavis, Uddhav Thackeray, Chaggan Bhujbal, Shaina NC and Milind Deora.
A second reception was hosted at a South Mumbai five-star hotel on Sunday for around 3,000 guests. No alcohol was served at the functions and the food was vegetarian. But there was enough variety. At the Juhu reception, for instance, there was cuisine from 16-18 countries.
