Mumbai: The creators of the entrepreneurial drama ‘Hustlers – Jugaad Ka Khel,’ featuring Vishal Vashishtha, have unveiled the series trailer, inspired by true stories. Exploring themes of hardship, failure, passion, and triumph, the show is set against the backdrop of Mumbai’s startup boom in 2010.
The one-minute 39-second trailer offers a glimpse into the inspiring journey of Sanjay (Vishal Vashishtha), a middle-class individual who conquers the startup world through his entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering determination. Facing a system laden with obstacles, Sanjay’s creative and non-conventional approach becomes his key to success.
Taking the audience on a roller-coaster ride, the trailer delves into how Sanjay works to carve out his unique identity, showcasing the significance of independence in today’s world. Vishal Vashishtha shared his experience, expressing that the script resonates with the current atmosphere of flourishing entrepreneurship, embodying passion, ambition, and tenacity required for professional success.
Samir Kochhar, playing a pivotal role in the series, described ‘Hustlers’ as the story of an individual starting from the ground and working their way up to chase their dreams. He emphasized that the series not only motivates the younger generation to stand against the odds but also serves as a lesson for everyone to believe in themselves and stay determined and optimistic.
Speaking about his character Mihir, Samir added, “He is that ray of hope in Sanjay’s life, that we all need at some point. He turns into his pillar of support, guiding his journey toward chasing his dreams.”
The series also features Maharshi Dave, Anurag Arora, and Anjali Barot in pivotal roles. Amogh Dusad, Head of Content, Amazon miniTV, expressed the aim to diversify content offerings, providing a gritty, inspirational tale relevant to today’s youth.
‘Hustlers – Jugaad Ka Khel’ is set to premiere on Amazon miniTV from January 24, promising an engaging narrative of entrepreneurial grit and determination.
