Bengaluru: A Kannada reality quiz show, which has created a mark in the minds of the audience, ‘Kannadada Kotiyadipati’ (Kannada version of Kaun Banega Crorepati), will now be telecast on an altogether different time slot.

An hourlong programme which used to be telecast daily throughout its season, has gone through a dramatic change in schedule. Henceforth, It will be aired every Saturday and Sunday at 8 PM.

Speaking to media, Colors Kannada channel Business Head Parameshwar Gundkal said that the decision of whether the programme should be telecast everyday or only in weekends was left to the channel’s discretion. He said that the show schedule was changed based on an observation that people watch such reality shows in large numbers only during weekends.
