Mumbai: In a shocker for the passengers boarding the IndiGo flight, the airline company has increased the online booking fee to Rs 800, according to their revised policy.

In its tweet, the airline company has said that all the seats booked via online were subjected to charges and was free if booked in the airport.

This tweet was in a response to the complaints and queries that the IndiGo airlines company received.

According to IndiGo, the revised policy was implemented on November 14, which stated that the online booking charges would vary from Rs 100 to 800, as per the position of the seats.

The inconvenience was felt by actors and politicians as well.
