Mangaluru: Bharat Auto Cars launched all-new Celerio 2021 at its showroom in Kuntikana in the City on Friday, November 12.

Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Dr Vikram Shetty, Professor and Head of the Department, Orthopaedic, Justice K. S. Hegde Hospital, Derlakatte congratulated the first customers of the car. Maruthi Accessories Zonal Head Sandeep Jain and Kambala Jockey Srinivas Gowda were the guests at the event.

Bharath Auto Cars Managing Director Sudhir M. Pai welcomed the gathering and said that the organisation has 16 showrooms and sold 60000 cars so far. The earlier model of Celerio car is the highest sold vehicle in Karnataka. Its new variant has 12 new features, he said.

Elaborating, he said that currently, the car provides the highest mileage in India. It gives 26.28 kilometres mileage for every litre. It has engine idle start-stop technology, auto gear shift, contemporary dashboard, fresh start and stop button, comfortable space for luggage and such other features. The car is available in six colours, he added.

The Chief Guest handed over keys to 12 new customers.
