The poaching dispute has escalated as major IT player Infosys charges Cognizant, another IT company, of using unethical poaching practices. After a few of its senior leaders left to join the company, Infosys reportedly sent a written communication to Cognizant, according to a Moneycontrol report that cited at least three people familiar with the development.
