Mangaluru: Thank You Karnataka is a series of programmes organised to celebrate decennial year of NewsKarnataka and thus thank Kannadigas all over the globe for supporting the Spearhead Media Group to achieve this milestone.
One of the programmes under Thank You Karnataka series is Womenia, a show that promotes women of impact, entrepreneurs and achievers that is aired on every Thursday.
The guest of the 28 th episode aired on Thursday 27th April, was Corrine Raquinha, Founder and President of White Doves NGO. The anchor person for the programme was Ananya Hegde.
The programme was premiered on NewsKarnataka.com’s YouTube Channel.
Reminiscing her childhood Corrine Raquinha shared, “Childhood was extra ordinary except for the fact that, we missed our father”.
Circumstance’s in life lead me to the social service, she said expressing on how her thought on ‘Life after death’, lead her to indulge in the work she is doing today.
“When you want to do good, difficulties and challenges will come your way. My work keeps me going and that’s my joy” Corrine Raquinha on her battle against health issues.
