Auto Cross 2015 to thrill coastal region this weekend!

Mangaluru: Motor enthusiasts will experience the thrill of the rough ride  for the 20th year running as the Auto Cross 2015 is all set to take off and raise pulses in the city during the weekend – and as an add-on to the excitement, an expo will be held for the very first time.

“We are expecting around 200 participants and a crowd of 30000 plus to cheer them – Auto Expo 2015”, which is jointly organized by Tribhuvan Automobile Sports Club (TASC), Bedra Adventure Club (BAC) Moodbidri, JCI Moodbidri and Indian Motor Sports Club (IMSC), will be inaugurated on April 4 at Pancharatna grounds Moodbidri.

Chengappa AD, Member of BAC – talking to Newskarnataka.com said, “People should participate in such events, as we showcase the adventure of motor sports at an international standard and also give equal importance to safety measures.”

“Moreover all  major motor brands will be participating in the Auto Expo 2015, thus a buyer have ample of choices under one roof”, Chengappa explained.

Autocross 15 is a showcase event of TASC and BAC, which is a 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler Autocross event. This is one of its kind to the coastal part of Karnataka as it is been certified by FMSCI, Federation of Motor Sport Clubs of India, following all the safety norms prevailing in the motor sports events. It is also been personally managed by IMSC, Indian Motor Sports Club under the guidance of Musa Sherif & AshwinNaik, two leading rallyist of Indian motor sports.
