Ayodhya: Actors Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have officially received invitations to attend the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The ceremony, scheduled for January 22, will mark the Pranpratishtha (consecration) of the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir.
The invitation was extended to the celebrity couple by Shri Sunil Ambekar, Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Shri Ajay Mudpe, Prant Prachar Pramukh, RSS Konkan, and producer Mahaveer Jain. The statement shared by Jain mentioned that the meeting took place to invite Alia and Ranbir personally for the auspicious event.
This follows the trend of prominent personalities from the film industry, including veteran actor Rajinikanth, receiving invitations to attend the historic ceremony. The list of invited actors reportedly includes Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn, Sunny Deol, Prabhas, Madhuri Dixit, Anupam Kher, and Akshay Kumar, among others.
The consecration ceremony holds immense cultural and religious significance, and the presence of such influential figures adds a notable dimension to the event.
