Bengaluru: In an unfortunate accident, a PU student lost her life after she was mowed down by a speeding BMTC bus here, at Majestic bus station on Monday, October 19.

The victim is identified as Poornima (18), a student of Mount Carmel College. Upparpet police visited the spot and have initiated an investigation into the accident.
